We understand that clients want to be able to speak to a Partner at all stage of their construction project. At QPA every scheme is under the personal supervision of one of the Partners.

We take our responsibilities seriously and consequently are always available for discussions with our clients about any aspect of their project. 

Change is inevitable during the course of a new build or refurbishment project and we strive to incorporate client changes efficiently and with minimum impact on the successful progression of the project.

All of our staff are experienced professionals, able to assume responsibility at all stages of a project.

We advocate a consensual Partnering approach to the design and construction of new buildings, and indeed the remodelling of existing ones. We believe that by working together, design team, client and contractor, that we will produce a better building, on time and to budget.
